"We arrived to check in and we were greeted by Georgi who was lovely, very helpful and even upgraded our room. All staff were exceptional and will definitely be staying here again when coming to visit Oxford!"
"Perfectly okay city centre hotel - good location, comfy bed, helpful staff, but...poor maintenance. One bedside light did not work, the light around makeup mirror did not work. Hotels do not seem to look after their equipment very well these days."
"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well!
Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but I was at the end of a long corridor so other rooms might be fine. Room had been very well cleaned imo and bed linen was good quality and spotless. Local staff seemed good but run-down infrastucture and head-office stuff has put me off."
