"Our weekend stay at the Owl’s Nest Resort over the Labor Day 2025 weekend was absolutely incredible! The views from the second-floor balcony, with floor-to-ceiling windows, were breathtaking from sunrise to sunset.The home itself is beautifully designed, bringing the outdoors in with thoughtful details that reflect the history and charm of the White Mountains, while still offering every modern comfort. We loved the full gourmet kitchen, soaking tub, jacuzzi, and big flat-screen TVs. With three large bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids, it was perfect for our family. The vinyl record player upstairs even turned into an epic dance party, and the games gave us some wonderful family time we’ll never forget.The host truly thought of everything, and it shows. The location couldn’t be better—close to the ski resorts, hiking trails, Franconia Notch State Park, Flume Gorge, and all the charming little mountain towns nearby.We’re already excited to come back for ski season. Five stars without question!"

"Exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a family of 5. Excellent location for what we had planned for our White Mountains trip. Had everything we needed for a week away from home- especially for cooking. Would I come back and stay again? 110%. Easy communication with the host. Easy check in and check out (smoothest ever in our 5 years of VRBO booking). No issues. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, even with the Canadian wildfire smoke hindering the mountain views most of the places we went. If you stay, you have to go to Benton's Sugar Shack for breakfast less than a mile away! "

"Spent the week with my son and nephew also a bunch of our friends riding our motorcycles thru VT, NH, and Maine! Leave after breakfast back for dinner. Beautiful scenery! Was nice with the Kangamangus Highway just down Rt3 a few miles! Spent the nights around the fire pit. There were a few places along Rt3 to get fire wood! House had everything we needed to get thru the week. We would probably come back again! Thank You!"

"This place made us feel like we were at home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Cute place with great space for two couples with room to spare. The best part was after a long day out riding and enjoying the events for Bike week, the screened in gazebo allowed for some much needed relaxation.
