Property is carpet-free and offers granite/marble countertops, mounted HD flat screen TV’s in bedrooms and lower level living spaces, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all necessary cookware and dinnerware. Freshly built deck with the full sized gas BBQ. Master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and with full ensuite (with deep soaker tub). Queen sized bed and 2 twin beds are in the second and third bedrooms. Finished basement features new pullout queen bed, full bathroom, buffet and wet bar. Rental is pet friendly under 25 lbs (deposit required). Come and relax for 30 days or more at this stunning, new to the market rental!
