This rental features a private entrance with private ski storage and a spacious mezzanine landing where you can easily get in and out of your boots. Prepare full meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and modern amenities. Or fire up the gas grill on the furnished patio for summertime cookouts. Great access to ski trails

Management was quick to respond to any questions related to check-in or during our stay. The unit was clean, great for our family, with lots of space and close to the ski hills.

The condo was amazing. The location was ideal, and the whole home was comfy, clean and well equipped. The only drawback would be for anyone with mobility issues, as there were quite a few stairs. I would definitely stay here again, or reccomend it to friends and family.

Great view of the hill, great location, great window seat, comfortable beds, good size table and kitchen with dishwasher, good sized fridge etc. but non of the many stairs had railings and my guests kept commenting that that isn't legal in Ontario.

The location was fantastic. Very convenient

There were a couple issues with the fireplace and we needed pods for the dishwasher. I called the host and they were right on it. Very impressed with how accessible they were. We would go back again.

Nice home

The home was nice and conveniently located for our needs. The second parking pass was much appreciated. Lots of dishes and cutlery which was great, a well stocked kitchen is nice. Only real down side, the air conditioner was rather loud, sounded like a plane revving up for take off. But we weren't in the home much during the day so it wasn't a huge bother.

The unit was nice and a short walk to blue mountains, around 5-10 minutes. Lots of sitting space to chill with friends. However, the shower in the master bedroom had no temperature adjustment. It was crazy hot and nothing could be done about it. Additionally, after a couple of us showered (there were 7 of us total), the showers in both washrooms ran cold water only.

Location Bliss

The property was perfect in every way except for the shortcoming of not advising that the wash machine was out of order prior to our stay. We came with minimal clothing luggage and it was an issue. Also, there should have been some dishwaher pucks available and save us the hassel of going into town to get some. There should also be a binder of some sort to explain the use of the TV system and fireplace. There was no info of any sort to reference shy of a few sticky notes on a board. We will rent this unit again and be prepared the next time to ask those questions prior to check-in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! Ed and Greta

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Only bad thing is there are lots of stairs - both getting to the condo and within the condo! The listing did not show anything about stairs plus there are no handrails on the stairs which made is difficult for seniors.

Details need to be addressed

The space itself for our family was good, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bath areas were clean. The fireplace never worked ( for a ski chalet in Feb. a bit disappointing), fridge was not working properly, dust and cobwebs everywhere, no hair dryer or detergent for washing. Some of the furniture was really tired such as the pillows and couch. A bit more attention to detail and this place could be great! This is a vacation rental by property management who has customer service in the US. I reached out for help but no one showed up to fix anything.

This place was great for a big young family. We have 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. No issues checking in. Will definitely do it again.

The place was bigger than we expected. Loved that it had its own entrance where I was able to leave the stroller. Had great hillside view. It was about a 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and a 10 minute drive to the grocery store. Everything was in good working condition and the condo was clean. They had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The smaller room with bunk beds does get hot but there are two table fans in the room and when you leave the door open it was fine. Everything was great and we can’t wait to book again.

The place is nice except the carbon monoxide alarm continued to buzz, we called customer service 3 times and even after confirmation that someone will get back, nobody did 🤦🏻‍♀️! With an infant baby it was a very sad business for us. Very disappointed.

We stayed here with 8 people and the condo was perfect. Very comfortable for a large group and very clean. Only comment is that the “bunkie” bedroom was warm at night, I recommend using a fan or opening the window if staying in this room. Overall, I highly recommend this condo

Problems with Repairs

Condo had everything we needed and was in good condition. One bathroom had a dirty towel in it that must have been missed during cleaning. Views were great and we were very close to the village. When we got there our unit was having maintenance done causing us to have to wait to check in, which sucked since check out was already late (4pm). We were never notified from Vacasa about the repairs. The repair person was luckily on site and told us that vacasa should be reaching out soon, they never did. He was able to tell us that the AC would be out for night and he would be back to turn it on the next day. They never came. We were without AC for whole trip and the upstairs bedrooms were very stuffy.
