Georgian trail connection at your doorsteps, around the corner from Blue Mountain Village, skiing, Scandinavian Spa, shopping and restaurants. Minutes from downtown Collingwood and Georgian Bay. Collingwood is a beautiful four season destination, with plenty of activities for the whole family
Enjoy modern open concept layout, full kitchen with state of the art appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar. Soaring open to above loft ceilings in living and dining area with two story stone gas fireplace. Directly off the living room you will find a balcony with a seating area, a gas BBQ and views to Blue Mountain. The condo has Bell Fiber internet 1GB speed, flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, in-suite laundry, one designated parking space, plus visitor parking available, an elevator in the building, as well a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool and access to an indoor gym.

Property appeared OK. The TV programming was incredibly difficult to use. I ended up ordering a Fire stick and had it installed so I could watch Live TV. The main floor bathroom had hair both on the floor and in the Shower. The barbeque was filthy. Took pictures. Two hours to clean and had to buy a wire brush as none supplied. Once cleaned, I turned on the gas line and nothing! Found hardened food on a casserole tray. More, but don't care. Please do not have the owner contact me regarding this review.
