I loved the location of the hotel. I appreciated the star bucks being in the lobby for a quick morning coffee. I loved the staff getting you a taxi so quickly. What I didn’t love was my room. The tap was so lose it was gonna break off. Wallpaper peeling. Very dusty. Didn’t feel very clean at all. Chips in the furniture. But I stayed in the room as the location to elevator was great and I really liked my view. I also think I was charged too much at the pool with a day bed rental and didn’t like them taking my credit card. I feel like you should be able to charge things to your room. Miracle Mile was also fantastic.

"When I first arrived i was a little confused and scared because i didnt have enough on my card but the nice lady in the lobby at check in help me and my boyfriend out, she was so nice and helpful, she made our first day wonderful!!!!! I wish I got her name but she was wonderful"
