"The Host! I rent houses twice a year to meet with family. I have never ha a host respond to my communications as quickly as Douglas did Douglas, went above and beyond as far as expectations. When I asked about a coffee-grinder, he offered to bring me one right away. That is outstanding customer service. The house was perfect for a large gathering. We had 4 children under the age of 4 and they had a great time running around the house. Again, the best part of this rental was having someone available to answer any questions on short notice. Thank you Douglas!"

"The hot tub was excellent, exactly what I wanted. My wife enjoyed it very much. The RV was clean, warm and comfortable. Only problem was a lack of running water. The host was very responsive, and had someone there to mitigate the problem even though it was the middle of the night, but the best that could be done was provide a big container of water to enable the toilet to flush. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THE HOST DID, THANK YOU THANK YOU. However, running water is a basic expectation of any rental. But I should emphasize that we had a great time despite that."
