The WC was very spacious, and the shower was truly amazing—it had immediate hot water and fantastic water pressure, which is a game-changer after a long day of travel or exploring. The location is incredibly convenient for public transit. The main bus stop/tram lines are just a couple of blocks away, situated in front of a lovely local coffee shop. Even better, the specific bus stop for the train station is only one block from the hotel, making arrivals and departures extremely easy. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A major bonus was being given the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which provided great savings on public transit and local attractions. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable here. The excellent shower and the convenience of the on-site bar for finishing the day made the experience even better.
