"I was disappointed with the matress its nice and king size but old and uncomfortable"

"Stayed here for a week, and had an excellent time. The room was just as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were fantastic; very polite and kind. Lots of wardrobe space. The area was great; very convenient and walkable to all the parts we wanted to go and close to the University. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thank you!"

"Rather expensive but nice hotel with excellent staff. I didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on it. The hotel is a bit out of the way with about a 20 minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the main square but it’s in a safe area. "

"Excellent hotel in Ourense. Buffet breakfast was great and inexpensive (although the staff in the breakfast area did not speak English, but that's our problem, not theirs). Bed was plenty large and room was spacious"

"It is not a 4 star property, barely 2 star maybe. Old room, carpet smelled bad, mold in the shower, sparse amenities. Breakfast bufet was a joke. Front desk personnel was rude, except for the Venezuelan girl."

"The Hotel is clean comfortable and the staff helpful. The Bar us only open for 4 hours in the evening. There is no restaurant and Bar food choice was very uninspiring. The Hotel is located in the outskirts of town with very limited choice of restaurants in the vicinity. The pool looked as if had been empty for a long while. It really seems to be targeting the commercial market not leisure travellers. "
