  • Welcome to our 2 BR/2BA condos located at Lumberyard Condos! All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area!

    As with all vacation rentals, we encourage guests to purchase trip insurance to cover the cost of their stay, should any last minute issues arise.

    While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The primary has a king bed and television with attached bath, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Loved the location! It was great for our dog to have a grass yard and the river right next to it was relaxing to listen to. Tons of parking and close to the main street but not too close to hear all the traffic

Perfect Location for a trip to Ouray

Nice location - enjoyed our stay

This place is only three blocks from main drag and restaurants in Ouray. Does not appear to have a/c which might be a challenge in warmer weather. Roomy, clean and well maintained.
