Historic 1898 home on Main street of Ouray, Colorado with private driveway for parking. We are located directly across from Fellin Park with easy access to the park and dog walking trail. It's a short 2 block walk to the Ouray Hot Springs. We are right on Main Street a short walk the other direction to all the restaurants, shopping and downtown hang out spots. You will be centrally located for any activity.

Relax in the living room with TV and satellite, WI-FI and walking distance to the Ouray Hot Springs, Fellin Park and nearby trails. Enjoy majestic mountain views, deer grazing in the park and beautiful sunsets while you grill out. Interior is an open concept living space with fully furnished kitchen, eat in area and living room, perfect for entertaining. Excellent views of the surrounding town and mountains. Casual outdoor space with table and seating with a gas grill. Whether you want to relax after a day of hiking or soaking, or spend time with your guests, the Garden View Condo is certain to meet your needs.

"Garden View" Condo (First Floor) will have access to the side yard deck with table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit is the entire first floor of the house.

We have an in-town property manager, who will be available 24/7 to assist with any needs during your stay.

Ouray is "The Switzerland of America" due to the mountains rising straight up out of town. Its small mountain town vibe is rooted in its mining history. You won't find a better place to "escape from it all", than Ouray.

Our house is centrally located with easy walking distances to the Hot Springs, Uncompahgre River, hiking trails and downtown Ouray featuring local restaurants and shops.

We are a pet friendly place and love our furry friends. For a $100 pet fee, you can bring your four legged friend with you on vacation. This fee is collected through AirBnb, after booking, through the resolution center.
