I took my teenage daughter and our friends to Ouray to celebrate her birthday and the Hot Springs condo was just perfect. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was as advertised. It was roomy enough that even when we had 12 adults in the living/dining/kitchen area, it was not crowded. Ouray is a great place to visit.

Great Spot in Ouray!

Had a great time at this property. Clean, safe, friendly, and located an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Ouray. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and easily fit two small families. The mattresses were a tad bit uncomfortable, but honestly we didn’t spend much time worrying about it, as we were too busy enjoying the family time and the views. Would come again!

Perfect refuge for race day

We needed a space to spread out and still feel connected. My son ran the Ouray 50 miler and we knew we would need to come and go all through the night. Beds were firm but I like that. The place was clean and well stocked. Plenty of easy parking. Quiet and the perfect spot at the end of town. Everything worked as it should and I appreciated the extra towels to take to the hot springs.

Worst king and queen beds ever!!!!!! Smelled like another guest was sleeping on them, not fresh Wound up slepping in 2 of the bunk beds. Kitchen items were all scattered through the many drawers. Nothing labeled like other rentals. Screens on the windows were filthy, no air flow into house. Listing says free Wi-Fi 500mps internet, nowhere does it say how to log on or any information. Great location, easy check in, plenty of living space, manager was quick to text back on questions , very quite and relaxing with sound of the creek rushing by, FYI no access to creek as it looks in the pictures. Would stay again if things were taken care of and beds replaced
