Hyvä vaihtoehto perinteisellä hotellihuoneelle

Kaikki toimi sovitun mukaisesti. Asunto oli valmiina ja avaimen nouto sujui sähköpostiin tulleilla ohjeilla vaivattomasti. Sijainti oli keskeinen ja rakennus rauhallinen yöpyä.

Jonkun verran korjattavaa.

Vähän oli puutteita varustuksessa esim. Seinältä kello ja lämpömittari josta olisi nähnyt huoneen lämpötilan kun kylmä oli ,joten ulkovaatteita piti pistää päälle. Siisteys oli muuten Ok mutta ikkunat oli likaiset, hiljaista oli mistä tykättiin tv kauko säädin ei toiminut täysin oikein eli kanava askellus toimi vain ylös päin. toivoimme vähän isompaa tv ruutua, kahvi/tee mukit olisi aika uusia kun olivat niin naarmuiset.

Huono kokemus

Olen matkustanut paljon, mutta tämä hotellivuokraus oli yksi huonoimmista kokemuksesta, vaikka huoneistohotelli oli itsessään uusi ja siisti. Varasin huoneen Hotels.comin kautta. Sivuilla luki, että sisäänkirjautuminen on klo 15 ja uloskirjautuminen klo 12. Myös varausvahvistuksessa luki näin. Kahta päivää ennen tuli tieto hotellin vuokraajalta, että ajat ovat klo 16 ja klo 11. Viestien jälkeen sain sovituksi alkuperäiset ajat. Viestissä luki myös, että hotelli ei sijaitse paikassa mikä oli annettu hotellin yhteyteen. Osoitteesta pystyi hakemaan vain avaimen. Ihan käsittämätöntä, että hotellin osoite varmistui 2 päivää ennen. Tämä tieto oli saatavilla hotels.comin kautta yleistiedoissa ja sieltä klikkaamalla lisää, mutta tämä tuli minulle yllätyksenä varauspäivän aamuna. Miten voi olla, että tärkein tieto eli osoite pimitetään tällä tavalla? Kuvat olivat (sattumalta?) samasta huoneesta jossa yövyin, mutta jos huoneet vahvistetaan vasta juuri ennen tuloa, niin silloinhan ne eivät välttämättä vastaisi vuokrattua huonetta. Jouduin hakemaan avaimen ulkolokerosta kovassa pakkasessa ja huone oli ainakin 600 m päässä. Ehdoissa oli myös melkoinen yllätys: Jos naapuri valittaa metelistä, niin tulee automaattinen 150€ sakko. En usko, että tämä on Suomen lakien mukaista edes. Naapurihan voi häiriintyä vaikka vessasta käynnissä yöllä ja ilmianto aiheeton.
