Easy to drive to entrance, parking available in garage, and the dinner recommendation was fantastic. Walks in both evening and early morning a great addition. Fun to see downtown Oulu. Room worked well for the three of us, and breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was great, lots of choice, a gluten free area and all food labelled well. The room was clean. It's in a great location. We didn't get the Queen bed we were expecting and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was amazing though. Bed was comfy with decent pillows. We did struggle with the air con, very dry and luckily we had a balcony so could leave the door slightly open which helped a lot. The hotel staff were lovely, the hotel was absolutely fine.

Night was very short as the noise woke me at 3 am and I was up for two hours . IN the morning, checking out, the personnel said that they had emailed the people that their noise upset other customers. That did not help me, as I had to drive 8oo km the next day

Premium-huone oli hyvä ja siisti, mutta hintaansa nähden ei mielestäni mitenkään erityinen. Tyynyvalikoimasta puuttui ohut tyyny. Kylppärin lattiakaakeleiden saumat olivat jo hiukan elähtäneet, ja suihkuseinä oli käännettävä, eli lattialle valuva vesi piti kaapia lastalla pois. Tilan ainoa ripustusnaulakko oli seinän vieressä kohdassa, jonka alapuolelle oli sijoitettu avoin vessaharjateline. En halua ripustaa pyyhettäni tai kylpytakkiani vessaharjan yläpuolelle. Aamiainen oli antikliimaksi: kokemus oli kuin laitoskeittiön hyyryläisenä. Moni tuote pääsi loppumaan. Tuotteiden yleisvaikutelma oli lähinnä arkinen. Tilassa oli huono akustiikka eli kova meteli, ja henkilökunta tehosti metakkaa korjatessaan astioita reippaasti ja heittelemällä niitä kärryihin. Aamiainen korjattiin pois vimmattua vauhtia tasan kello kymmenen, ilman, että kysyttiin asiakkailta, tarvitsevatko he vielä jotakin. Omalla kohdallani tällainen täydellinen hotellivieraan ignoreeraus on erinomainen tapa varmistaa, että en tule hotelliin uudelleen. Aamiainen on kuitenkin siitä maksaneita vieraita varten, ja pieni jousto ja huomaavaisuus päättymisajankohdan kohdalla merkitsee monelle paljon. Pysäköintimahdollisuus oli hyvä, mutta respa ei osannut neuvoa, mitä appia pysäköinnissä voi käyttää. Vaikka pysäköintihallissa luki Easypark vaihtoehtona, ulos ajaessa näyttöön tuli ilmoitus laskutuksesta, Easypark ei siis toiminut. Tästä voisi olla selkeämmät ohjeet. Hotellivieraille ei ollut pysäköinnistä alennusta.
