From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine desire to help made a lasting impression on us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Whether providing recommendations, assisting with requests, or simply greeting us with a friendly smile, they delivered exceptional customer service at every opportunity. They are a true asset to the Novotel team and embodies the highest standards of hospitality. Thank you, for making our visit to Marrakech so memorable. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!"

"Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Overall, a fantastic hotel. Good location, 10 mins from the airport and close to the main areas of Marrakech. Easy to get taxis and close to a decent shopping mall. The hotel itself is massive, with several good swimming pools and restaurants. Service around the pool was slow at times, but generally ok. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The only thing I would want to improve is that I found the pillows to be very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the view from the rooms isn't great, but it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. However, there are no perks for a Hotels.com gold member! "
