"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. "We checked in at 3.30pm
We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room.
