"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay, the food, the views and the peace and quiet temendously."

"Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. He also has contacts for outfitters to supply warm clothes and equipment to go to up...

"We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded."

"Overall, a good stay with a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled directly, so we had to call reception each time to adjust the settings. Service was always polite and helpful, though the hotel did feel slightly understaffed at times."

"The hotel is something you won’t forget for long time. The garden and building designed so beautiful, make you think you staying in ancient Morocco palace. Room, amenities, staff, services, breakfast, lunch dinner,everything is top notch, the only thing might mention here is that staying there could easily break your bank."

"Never again will I set foot in this hotel! The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack. The towels were disgusting, covered in huge brown stains, and there was no toilet paper we had to go down to reception and ask for the basics. The bed sheets and pillows reeked of sweat, so bad that we had to cover our faces with our own fresh clothes just to sleep. The floor wasn’t visibly dirty, but we found small shards of broken glass, and no one bothered to clean it we had to ask for a broom and sweep it ourselves. The whole place is old, filthy, and completely neglected. The pictures on Expedia are beyond deceptive an absolute lie. Breakfast was just as bad: no options, the same sad plate for everyone. And as if that wasn’t enough, our room was right next to a noisy road. Every passing car and motorcycle’s headlights flashed into the room, and the constant noise made it impossible to sleep. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I will never, ever stay here again!"
