"We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It...
