"My boyfriend loved the view but that’s really all you’re paying for. The bed is not super comfortable and the pillows are flat as hell. The water takes ages to heat up for a shower. The room tends to be cold due to the windows and also takes time to heat up. There’s a fair bit of noise from below - you’ll be hearing a lot of music, beeping and yelling now that it’s spring. Location is great for food but there are a lot of drug-users and homeless in the area if that’s a concern for you. Maybe I’m just hard to impress but it was just ok for me. "

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable, which worked well for our family. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained throughout. One of the highlights was the airport shuttle service—it was reliable, convenient, and made travel to and from the airport very easy. Overall, a simple, comfortable, and stress-free stay. We would definitely stay here again."
