Acorn Cabin - Cozy cabin in the woods, near ASV

This cute little cabin tucked away in the woods on a quiet country road is just what you need to slow down and relax after a long day at the ballpark. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature at all times of the day. Deer, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits all frequent the yard by day, and hear the sounds of owls in the distance at night. Relax on the patio or one of the two balconies attached to 2nd floor bedrooms.

Once inside Acorn Cabin, you will see all the hardwork and energy your hosts have put into renovating this lovely cabin. Modern design choices mixed with classic style make this home feel warm and inviting. A large open kitchen, dining and seating area is very inviting upon entry. A living room with large SmartTV and direct access to a fenced in yard to keep little ones from wandering is a great added touch.

All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 2 Queen bedrooms, one of which has its own ensuite bath with custom tile shower and private balcony. Wake up, step outside on to your own balacony and enjoy all that nature has to offer. At the end of the hall upstairs in the primary bedroom. A King sized bed, vaulted ceilings, sectional couch, ensuite bath with jetted tub and a separate shower, as well as your own private large balcony overlooking the patio, garden and firepit! You'll need to rock, paper, scissor your group to determine who gets this terrific room!

At Acorn Cabin you will feel like you are miles away from all the hustle and bustle of travel baseball, but you can be back to the fields in a short drive. Comfortable, cozy, and clean

The house was very clean with thoughtful touches throughout -- lots of towels, well supplied kitchen, hooks near door, etc. It was comfortable, cozy and spacious to take a break during hectic days, and is only about 12 minutes from ASV. We loved the additional sitting area in the main bedroom.
