A great stay as usual. Room was clean, bed was super soft and I had a phenomenal sleep. Staff on arrival from the Doorman, the Concierge and then front desk, were all so welcoming and friendly. The Grand never disappoints and I will continue to stay here when I'm in Auckland

What a delightful little hotel. I stayed two nights. Quite location I had a lovely view of a lush hill. Walking distance to groceries and cafes. I would have stayed longer if the beach were a bit closer.
