Everything about this place is amazing: their rooms, their massages, their spa facilities, their restaurant, their beautiful property, their free breakfast, their staff, their location. Even their PRICE! We wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay there everytime we were in town.

Hotelowe SPA jest w opłakanym stanie. Od 6 lat tam goszczę i widzę, że od lat nie jest ono ani modernizowane, ani odnawiane. Ciekawe jak jeszcze długo ten stan rzeczy potrwa. Może hotel powinien przestać się reklamować jako "Wellness & SPA"???

Quick check in . The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and we ate di ef twice and on both occasions the quality was excellent. However the hotel were unable to increase the portion sizes of the starters to a maIn course which was disappointing . Service throughout thd hotel was excellent and car parking within the hotel grounds easy

This hotel really works to please. It really feels like a resort. It is built so that there is a courtyard so it feels private. There is a great breakfast and a nice restaurant, but the spa and massages are the star attraction. Book a massage ahead of time. You will not be sorry and the price is great!

Exceptional spa
The location is excellent for Auschwitz visit. The free spa is. EXCELLENT. The Herbal Sauna, jacuzzi, and warm marble lounge chairs are an exceptional way to end a hectic day. But first stop at their Trattoria for a bit to eat.

Really good for kids.
We had a family room which was massive and had a separate room with doors for us which really helped with everyone getting a good sleep. Shame we had not stayed longer as would have made use of the excellent facilities more. It's a small thing but really helps with younger kids, there was two sizes of pillow on every bed so the smaller ones worked for the kids perfectly. Really enjoyed our stay here. Spa is small but perfect for a bit of relaxing.

We chose this hotel because of the distance from the concentration camp. However, the hotel was amazing!! Nice and clean rooms, nice restaurant!! A pleasant stay in total!! Recommended for whoever looks for accommodation in this area!!

The property was lovely, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had some logistical travel issues to resolve and they took great pains to look after us. Food, drinks & service in the Trattoria were excellent. Minutes away for visiting the Auschwitz/Birkenau camps.

Really Lovely Hotel and Facilities.
Very good hotel excellent recption friendly and welcoming. Room are clean and comfy with all amenities. Restaurants was absolutely brilliant even Gordon Ramsay would proud to eat in. Try the homemade burgers! The spa was great, use of jacuzzi and suna to all residents. need to book early for any Massages done professionally great after long walks around Energylandia and Auschwitz. I would suggest to rent a car as taxi charges are getting expensive for 10 mile journeys looking at 100-130 pln . There is parking at the hotel.

Great customer service always rises to the top
It ended up being fantastic when we first arrived we were staying in one of the rooms with the balcony which was supposed to have air conditioning and a refrigerator but neither worked in our room the young lady working the front desk immediately tried to contact someone they had already left for the day she came to the room to see if she could get the air conditioning or refrigerator to work and short she was unable to and immediately transferred us to a larger room with a bigger balcony more of a suite her professional and courteous service definitely made it worth our time staying there and the little bit of inconvenience at the beginning I would highly recommend it I also had a massage at the spa and it was unbelievable

I am so glad I chose this hotel to stay in with my family. It was absolutely beautiful and only about a fifteen-minute drive to the Auschwitz Memorial site(s). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My ONLY criticisms are: the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, there is no ATM on-site, and no vending machines with little snacks or drinks. When we found ourselves needing money or snacks, we had to drive to a nearby convenience store.

The hotel was beautiful. The restaurants on site had amazing food. The breakfast was amazing as well! The problem was the spa. One of the things we booked was a couples massage in the spa and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a spa The date we arrived, my husband and I went down to the spa and booked a couples massage in person. The next day, we walked in and told the front desk attendant we were here for our massage. She then gave us towels and no directions other than where the locker rooms were. After about 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby for the massage in towels, we decided to ask about our massage. The front desk worker told us we didn’t have an appointment. After some time she realized she wrote down the wrong room number. We then were lead into the massage room. My husband and I laid down on the tables and the massages began. The massage therapists talked in Balinese to each other the entire time and did not give us a full hour massage. During the massage, the spa was so loud that we could hear the other guests in the massage room. When we were moved to the quiet room to enjoy our tea, the other guests were in there talking loudly. At this point my husband and I have not been able to completely relax. We drank our tea in the very loud quiet room and decided to try the Sauna. At this point the other guests in the spa we’re running around being very loud. They were so loud that we ended up leaving. Not relaxing at all that point

Excellent hotel, definitely recommend
Really lovely hotel. I had a single room which was exactly as per photos and perfect for my requirements. Only issue was calcified shower head in desperate need of a clean, rendering shower not very good. Breakfast was fantastic with great selection and excellent quality. Free use of spa facilities during stay was a real bonus following long day out. Car parking was tricky on Friday & Saturday, but ok at other times. Restaurant served excellent food (we ate there 2 of 3 nights) with good selection of Polish and Italian cuisine. Beer & vodka selection also good and reasonable prices.

Low price but low quality
This was our most disappointing hotel in Poland. It had a very low price but the quality was accordingly. Our towels had wholes in them. The mattresses were those old style spring mattresses (I didn't even know those still existed). There were no Corona measures at breakfast: everybody was walking around without mouthmask and could touch everything. The breakfast was not very good, the milk was sour.

As I was checking group out the receptionist said I owed another 50 pln for crib. This charge I was never informed of - at booking nor check-in. She sent an email via hotels site as I stood there and demanded payment. She was rude and dishonest. I will never return

If you are visiting Auschwitz, then this hotel is a perfect option. Granted,the surrounding area of this hotel isn't going to win any awards for beauty as the view is pretty dismal really. But don't let this put you off as the interior of the hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The price of this hotel is unbelievably good value including breakfast (excellent selection ) as well as entrance to their wonderfully appointed Spa & Wellness Center, which provided a wonderful relaxing experience after a very busy morning visiting the museum. Room was fresh in decor and very clean, beds were very comfortable (if you prefer a firm mattress, which I do) though pillows could do with being a lot thicker as way too flat. Bathroom clean and spacious. Shower had great water pressure and constant hot water. Only downside being the shower head had too many blocked jets to be perfect but did the job. Only niggle I have with the room, is that there are no power points at the bedsides, so if you E-book/kindle is running out of power, then no more reading in bed. The price of food and drink in the hotel (and Poland in general I believe) is incredibly cheap, certainly compared to the UK and the food served in both the hotel restaurant and cellar bar is plentiful and good quality. All in all the perfect hotel for our flying visit. I will definitely return if I visit Austwietz museum again but then add on an additional night or 2 in Krakow city itself before returning to the UK

This hotel is lovely on the outside. We did not have an opportunity to use the spa amenities, so this review is just for the room. We picked this hotel because it was supposed to have air conditioning, but we could never get it to work. Luckily, it was a cool night, so we just opened the window. The shower is tiny. The beds are like camp beds. I honestly felt like I was at sleep-away camp. It was adequate and it's located close to Auchwitz, but it's not very comfortable.

Overall just okay.
Im surprised this hotel rated so highly. To start with the positives...the grounds were beautiful, the staff very helpful and the restaurant was just fantastic. Unfortunately the spa was completely booked during my stay so I did not get to experience that. I was disappointed there was not climate control in the room, it was quite warm. The shower head would not stay put in the shower so I had to hold it the entire time. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and there was only 1 outlet in the room, next to one of the beds. The other bed was across the room with no outlet. Not a big deal for me since I was alone but that may be bothersome to others. It was ok for one night but I would not stay there again.
