A beautiful, detached holiday property in an elevated setting overlooking the countryside, occupying a quiet position within the peaceful village of Trefonen. This stone-built cottage, featuring a welcoming wood burner and an enclosed garden, provides ideal accommodation for families. The village is on the Offa’s Dyke trail and is a mere 3 miles from the market town of Oswestry. Mid and North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire are easily accessible. Horse riding and golf can be found locally. Shop and pub 500 yards.

Good facilities, clean comfortable and restful.
Good facilities, clean comfortable and restful. Local pub, The Barley Mow well worth a visit parking a little tight if you have two cars but not impossible.I thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a lovely week in 1 Piccadilly.
We had a lovely week in 1 Piccadilly. As a family of five, we found the cottage extremely spacious. It was well-equipped and the Welcome Pack on arrival was such a nice added touch. We loved the location; in a quiet, rural village (with a village shop, pub and beautiful play park) but just a short drive from the market town of Oswestry. The cottage was ideally situated to explore Wales and Shropshire. We even made it to Liverpool and Chester as well. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage and would definitely visit again.
