"The location was great for our visit to the NY State Fair coming from the Rochester area. Easy access to the hotel from routes 90 and 690. Coffee in the lobby at all hours (check). A free breakfast that had an assortment of both hot and cold items (check). The staff were extremely helpful (check check check!). The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet...and we were facing the highway. We will definitely stay here in future State Fair visits!"

"Overall impression was good and a very clean place, albeit simple w/no frills (bring or pay for shampoo). Somewhat disappointed with check-in, around 3:30. After buzzed in, found no lobby/counter just lady seated sideways fixed on computer screen... barely glanced at me the whole time. No other issues, might stay again or consider other options."

"We had such a nice stay at this property. It was serene, which is just what we needed. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The living room was great for hanging out with family and the kitchen was a perfect size for what we needed. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts when we asked a question. "This was a hidden gem near the Ren Fair! We did an overnight with our 10 month old and the stay was so nice and relaxing. From the moment you walk into the RV, you feel cozy and right at home and like you’re having a little getaway, it has a fully stocked kitchen. The bed is super soft and comfortable. They even provided a portable crib for our baby, which was super helpful. The hostess Lauren is wonderful and very easy to make conversation with. She has a lovely family as well. Our son enjoyed interacting with her children while staying there she was very responsive to our messages and any questions that we had and we loved how personalized she made the RV. Lauren was happy to provide the space early if we needed it and also very accommodating to a later check out so that we could sleep in with the baby and enjoy our day. She’s wonderful! The view is breathtaking. You can see the lake right from the RV and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. It’s super buggy so bring bug spray! Around you it is very quiet and serene. There’s also a horse farm next door, but it doesn’t smell like horse, which was a relief! we walked over with the baby to say hello to the horses, and they were very friendly. Outside you also have a hammock, which was a lot of fun and a picnic table. What we enjoyed most was how quiet and relaxed it was. Something to know is the coffee maker seems to be a bit on the older side so you may want to bring your own. "
