Here is your 67m² large apartment poppy, in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, the gateway between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, in the old seafaring school, directly between the pier and the harbor on the Bodden. Within walking distance you will find restaurants and cafés that invite you to linger. A dream for couples and families of all generations with first-class service in an apartment complex. The main building, the maritime school, in which your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, has been renovated in recent years. The apartment poppy has a spacious living area with two large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow a wonderful view of the lagoon. In good weather you can enjoy the Baltic Sea climate from the sun lounger on the terrace at any time. The terrace is equipped with two sun loungers, a table and two armchairs. The location on the higher ground floor is very central and has a direct connection to the administrative area, where you can order fresh bread for breakfast, for example. The interior of the entire apartment is of very high quality and is fully equipped with all the important things that can be expected from a beautiful apartment. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by 1-2 people. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. The open, fully equipped, NOLTE fitted kitchen has an induction cooker with four hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. In addition, the modern built-in kitchen in bright white is equipped with numerous cooking accessories and invites you to cook together. The bedroom is modern and friendly in the style of a yacht club, a modern box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables and bedside lamps is available. A 32 inch TV provides entertainment in the bedroom. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and access to the terrace with a view of the bay. From there you can access the dressing room, which is equipped with a wardrobe and an integrated safe, in the adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is stylishly furnished with modern tiles and has a walk-in shower, a large vanity with vanity unit, a towel radiator as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After a long walk on the beach, a relaxing shower is just the thing. The apartment is ideal for families with 1-2 children, as well as couples with pets. The apartment is located in the newly built extension of the main building and thus complies with sound and heat insulation. The nearby beach 600m away (reachable after a 5-minute walk) make the holiday experience in Zweiwasser unforgettable! A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists. Not far away you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and a bathing beach right on the Baltic Sea.
