"Sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war kein Föhn vorhanden und auf meine Frage danach reagierte die Vermieterin nur mit einer lapidaren Antwort, dass der Föhn irgendwo liegen müsste oder die vorherigen Gäste diesen vielleicht entfernt hätten. Eine Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen, auf eine weitere Mail diesbezüglich von mir wurde dann nicht mehr reagiert."

Spinnenweben überall, geschirr treckig, türen nicht richtig schliesbar,schränke defekt, unter/hinter den bett dreck alte Prospekte, fliegennetz nicht nutzbar da halb abgerissen. "Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "
