"Fantastic, clean, friendly hotel with brilliant, helpful staff."

"Lovely hotel, comfortable bed and well looked after by the attentive staff. Breakfast was good."

"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...

"Excellent staff lovely breakfast super pool"

"Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting with friendly and attentive staff "

"We had a beautiful stay, the hotel is so nice and convenient "

" Roupas de cama sujas, chuveiro ruim (o misturador não funcionava), limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atendentes nada simpáticos ... Fora isso, equipamento de limpeza e chuveiro da piscina estavam quebrados. Para finalizar, meu filho queimou a mão em uma torneira de água que fica na piscina - era água quente sem nenhuma sinalização. Péssimo"

"Very good location, breakfast had many options for everyone, "

" I had a great stay at Forno Guesthouse. The room was clean and modern. The view from my pool view room was spectacular. I have stayed at several places in Buzios over the past two years. So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is. As a New Yorker, customer satisfaction is very important to me. Filipe, thank...

"Location, Location"

"Restaurant non-existent, rooms smelled like mildew. Staff was good. Javier provided excellent customer service! Pool was quite small. Breakfast was ok. Overall - average. I would not return. "

"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"Beautiful views and pretty boutique hotel"
