Everything was clean, the staff made sure to fulfill any request that be cleaning, fixing, or taking your order at the bar or breakfast grill. The scenery was beautiful, there were guards at all times, the hotel is well located and it was an overall relaxing experience staying there.

Breakfast was good. The room had a beautiful view. The room was clean. There was one inconvenience with the balcony door and some hotel staff were not very cooperative. However, after insisting the manager went to our room and resolved the door being unlocked with maintenance. The manager was very nice.

I stayed in a high-end executive suite at this hotel for 7 days, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience while attending a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a complete disappointment. Throughout the entire week, we had no hot water in the shower—something that should be basic, especially for a hotel in this category. The AC unit was also leaking into the bedroom, which made the space uncomfortable and forced us to use towels to clean up the water. Speaking of towels, after using them to deal with the leak, housekeeping failed to replace them promptly. I had to request new towels three separate times, and they were still not provided in time, delaying me while I was trying to get ready for a wedding event. The hydromassage bathtub, one of the features that justified booking this suite, was completely non-functional. There was no water pressure and no hot water to fill it. When maintenance was contacted, they stated that the entire tubulation system needed to be replaced—meaning this issue was not new and clearly had not been addressed before our arrival. The explanation given by staff—that the room had not been inspected for days or even weeks prior to our stay—is simply unacceptable. It reflects a serious lack of maintenance and quality control, especially for what is marketed as a premium accommodation. Quarto limpo, e amplo . Hotel Possui copa para bebê. Localizacao excelente. Fica a uns 200m do reataurante Madame Bardot .Só uma ressalva é quanto a temperatura da piscina aquecida , ( muito quente, fora do comum e o horario para crianças ser somente até as 16h) a area Kids, tanto a coberta quanto a descoberta poderiam ter mais brinquedos para os pequenos . Fui no aniversário do meu filho e a equipe poderia deixar algum mimo. Em outros hotéis que já ficamos, tivemos esse tipo de experiência e é de grande valia. No mais é um hotel que eu voltaria .

Hotel muito bom, piscinas excelentes e limpas; wifi funciona bem; boa piscina aquecida; localização muito boa, perto da rua das pedras, 7 minutos a pé pela orla. Hotel muito bonito e agradável, excelente infra estrutura. Café da manha muito bom, tirando o suco de frutas que é ruinzinho. Os produtos pedidos na piscina não eram bons. O filezinho com cebolas que pedimos tinha mais azeitonas pretas que qualquer coisa, o hambúrguer era daqueles de caixinha e o drink negroni que pedimos também ficou muito aquém. Tirando isso eu recomendo muito o hotel. Funcionários bem educados também.

O hotel Atlântico Búzios é muito bonito,e espaçoso,a piscina é ótima e grande mas,estava com muita areia no fundo que precisava ser tirada .O café da manhã é bom,o ar condicionado é um pouco barulhento,fui bem recebida,mas tive que esperar o horário para entrar no quarto, porém um hóspede argentino entrou antes do horário de chequim ,eu vi fiz questão de relatar ,pois os tratamento dos hóspedes devem ser os mesmos.

O hotel é confortável, bonito e muito bem localizado . Bom café da manhã,ótima piscina e lanches acompanhado de fritas. Excelente custo/benefício. Como crítica construtiva, ressalto a inflexibilidade com horário de check- in, em baixíssima temporada, ausência de simpatia e empatia com viajantes idosos por parte do Recepcionista . Por sorte,a primeira impressao apática, não refletiu a boa experiência que tivemos com os demais funcionários como por exemplos:. a camareira Daniele( suite 226) e a Lara que nos atenderam muito bem, aliás ,comportamento comum dos diligentes colaboradores da hotelaria brasileira a quem somos muito gratos. Somos viajantes, nos hospedamos em centenas de estabelecimentos no Brasil e no exterior. Acreditamos que o cartão de visita do hotel é a Recepcão. Quem escolhe passar valiosos momentos da vida no estabelecimento deveria ser valorizado e muito bem recebido com cumprimento cordial e perguntado se fez boa viagem,inclusive,vários hoteis oferecem água fresca e cafezinho a fim de que os hóspedes sentam-se acolhidos desde o primeiro contato e recompensados por prestigiaram, entre tantos, aquele estabelecimento.

Não gostei do quarto! A TV não funcionava, a cama era muito mole acordava cansado e dor nas costas, o chuveiro saia pouca água ou era muito quente ou muito gelado não dava um equilíbrio demorava muito ate vc conseguir entrar na água. Simplesmente eu não me senti a vontade, a energia do local eu senti pesada pra quem acredita nisto.
