"By car to find the hotel is a problem. Google sends you in a different place. Parking is on an alley with a sign that is only for locals. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. In rest is ok. Clean, front desk and breakfast staff are friendly. "

"As usually here this was another faultless stay, for business purposes. One can see that this hotel never stopped working during the pandemic and really knows what it’s doing. Clean, functioning rooms with proper toiletries including extras; lovely views; helpful and efficient staff; and a great breakfast spread in a light-filled room. One of the few hotels where I never have anything to remark negatively about. "

"I thought 3☆ are going to be decent but the hotel is in a terrible condition, the wallpaper is peeling off, taps are rusty, very old dirtish furniture, odd smell, the carpet looked also dirty, you feel your skin itchy once you step in the room. The staff was nice though, and the bedsheets clean. Such a same, this hotel has great location. "

"Made a confirmed booking on Hotels.com. Received a call from the manager on the day to confirm booking. When i arrived at 8pm, the manager had left and was very impolitely told that no rooms were available by the reception. I stated i had booking, and was told "we are full, leave the building". Shpwed proof of booking and payment, but was told "its not my problem". After a heated argument (15 minutes) the hotel reception called the manager, who stated to reception that i was indeed one of the "full hotel" people, and to give me a room. My advice.... check in during the day when the manager is on site!!!"
