As it's an old building and it can be missleading based only on the existing pictures on the listing. There should be someone available 24/7 for when needed. It is a guest accomodation afterall. The location above the restaurant/bar/club, woth mentioning that partirs can and eill occur and the flat will be very noisy and...

The appartement is in excellent state, modern design, newly renovated, sparkling clean, with all necessities to live as a family in an apartment for one week. Everything was brand new, air conditioning (highly appreciated when temperatures outside are 35-40 degrees C). Very easy to check in/out. We felt that we were very welcomed, they put a lot of work to make us feel in the same time as being at home and in a highly rated hotel. My boys were very happy...
