"Good value for money for room only - this is more a managed property than a proper BnB experience. Staff not pleasant on arrival and had to be called in. Room itself clean and nicely furnished. Seconds away from excellent Weymouth beach.. though many properties in central Weymouth a bit dated and rough around the edges. I'd recommend Dorchester/Lulworth Cove and surrounding areas if you want something more upmarket."

"The hotel was very nice and suited our purpose for being there . The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff that we had contact with were very friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We did not have time to use the facilities or restaurant, however it seemed very popular ( judging by the amount of people who were using it) the location, overlooking the beach was an ideal location. This is the third time we have stayed there and would certainly stay there again 👍"

"Lovely old world character pub, cheap beer, lively sports / music, good breakfast, friendly staff, ideal for short stay in local area. Room basic but clean & decent enough for my needs as a 1 night stay, comfortable bed, good water power in shower which was lovely to cool down and clean up in after a day in the hot weather. Of note in deciding to book a stay: pub was lively so could be a bit too noisy for some later at night, no aircon in accommodation (but a fan to waft the hot air around is provided !) and the road noise in early hours could be an issue if you are a light sleeper (obviously outside the control of the premises however, worth accounting for if one of your priorities is a good nights sleep). Overall, decent value for money and even if I book to stay there next time I'd still visit again for the ambience of the place. "

"The room was clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. Location is excellent with a 10 minute walk onto the sea front and bus stop just outside for those who dont want to walk. The leisure facilities are fantastic with use of the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room"

"We had a lovely time at the cottage and it was perfectly situated for a local event that we were in town for. Our host communicated with us before and on the day of check-in as would be normally expected. The location in the cottage itself is exactly like it’s described and the pictures show while we were in a heat wave I can share that the cottage remain cool. It was still a perfect location. Overall five stars and would do it again!"

"I loved my stay here. Owners went out of their way by supplying gluten free bread for breakfast. I was down to look at houses and got help reg areas here. Really friendly helpful. Comfy bed. Great shower. Location cant be beaten its just on the beach. I walked everywhere as town center was a nice walk. Would stay again."
