No milk or teaspoons in the room for tea/coffee. hairs in the sink upon arrival, not very clean. house keeping didn’t empty bins in bathroom or room for 2 days. Had to request towels. Not great, disappointing.

The hotel is excellent, this is the fifth time I've stayed there, the staff is welcoming and the service is excellent except for the breakfast. The scramble eggs was simply served all week cold and was not tasty. A comment left was not answered.

Before our stay I was a little wary from the reviews. While the condition of the hotel is not as modern/ perfect as I’d expect, there are no major problems and the staff were extremely helpful.
The hotel should be careful to not give off a “no can do vibe”. I’d emailed to ask for help with transfers - “we don’t arrange transfers” and to book a table for dinner “sorry you can only do this two weeks before”. However when we arrived we didn’t have any such issues.
Very good hotel. Very good breakfast!
The staff was very kind and tries to help a lot. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Good service and comfortable. No room service because of covid 19.
We were told that the bar an restaurant would be open the day after arrival, but it was not. A bit annoying that we were not notified about that.

Generally it was a good stay. Fortunately it was not very hot and the room was facing a quiet area so we could sleep with the window open because it had no air conditioning. Also the breakfast was a little boring but that might be due to having very few guests so we don’t hold it against the hotel this time.

Unfortunally most hotels in Norway dosen't have air conditions due to the short summer season. However we do have central based ventilation system insure good air quality in our rooms.

Wery dirty room. I prepaid early check-in, but in fact, I got the room key approximately at 4pm ( 2 hours left after official check-in time).
