UNNGÅ / AWOID! This is the worst "hotel" experience I have had. First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a small room in a shared apartment. Yes, it is cheap, but it does not excuse blood stains on the bed or the single, tiny towel with a bad smell. Checkin was impossible. No hotel sign or name on the front door – walked around the neighbourhood for 30 minutes trying to locate the place. The two apps to enter did not work when I finally found the place, and I had to call Hotels.com (could not get through) and the "hotel" several times (10 attempts in total). I did not get through until an hour later, when I managed to get in the building as another person luckily came out. No towel in the bathroom either, had to use my one tiny towel for everything. Not even a single glass in the room to have a glass of water in, no blow dryer in the bathroom. Hardest bed I've ever slept on (and I've been to cheap hotels in Cairo). The worst thing was however Hotels.com's treatment of me as a customer – impossible to get past their wall of robot phone voices and poor chat. Never booking through Hotels.com again, and especially not this place. It is not worth the savings.
