Hotel Keihan Universal Tower
Great hotel near Universal for our family of 5. What was not helpful was that we were ushered to do a self check-in and not advised of any of the amenities, such as the pool or restaurant. English was limited for staff members.

Oriental Hotel Universal City
Staff at hotel was very friendly. Room was clean, and housekeeping was fantastic. Location was supreme being right in city walk. They have a candy and drink welcome for guests from 2 - 9 which the kids love. Universal City Station was 2 min away as well, very convenient. Would definitely stay there ...
