The annex is new (opened Oct 1 2026) and not too far from namba station. Staff was really helpful and nice. The sky garden 3-bedroom suite we stayed at is beautiful and has a deck as well.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite,room big enough for 6 adults. Close to shopping and train stations. Lots of space for luggage and a lot better than the Mimaru we stayed atTokyo station East. Staff are friendly and luggage transport to and from Mimaru’s using their luggage service was great with no issues. Will be back to this Osaka location.

Hotel is brand new as of 10/25/2026 our stay was perfect. Front desk was nice. An extra towel which is rare for japan. Paper towels. Plenty of space. Great location. Perfect for central location and not too far from going to Universal Studios. Best hotel of our Japan trip. Will likely just book this brand for all hotels when we come back.
