万博へ行くために利用しました。 シャトルバス乗り場に程近く、便利でした。 ローソンとセブンイレブンがホテルの両方隣りに。周辺に飲食店等は見当たらず、コンビニにお世話になりました。 ロビー付近に給水機や、製氷機、電子レンジもあります。 簡易清掃とのアナウンスありましたが、清掃が行われた形跡は無く、タオルと部屋着交換のみ、それはOKでしたが、コップの交換はして欲しかったです。 ユニバ側で、万博も考慮すると、お値段相応な印象でした。滞在を目的としてないので、おおむねまんぞくでした。

急な前日予約で小学生２人と家族４人でお世話になりました。 三階建てのアットホームなホテルながら 館内は綺麗でお部屋は明るく充分な広さ、インテリアも可愛くスッキリして快適でした。 お風呂も浴槽もちゃんと広く足元まで清潔で良かったです。 シングルベット三台にソファベッド表記を納得の上で予約したので 自分(母)は仮寝覚悟でしたが、きちんと四台目もマットレスを置いてメイキングしてくださっており嬉しい誤算でした。 玄関口の駐車スペースは数台しか不可、第二駐車場を貸していただきましたがちょっと離れています。暑い時期なのもありそこだけ多少不便でした。 清掃スタッフさんが外国の方ですが、 エレベーター内で仲間内のお喋りや 同乗者に御構い無く我先に出入りしてしまうのはスタッフの教育不足か、そこまで求めるのは昨今国際基準から外れるのかもなぁと自問してしまいました。 朝食がとっても美味しく楽しめました。あのお値段ですごいサービスだと思いました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思えるホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

桜島駅から近く周辺はコンビニのみで、とても静かでした。アメニティが充実していて、着替えのみの手ぶらでいけます。チェック前、後でも荷物を預かってもらえるので、コインロッカーの心配もいりません。スタッフさんも対応良かったし施設も綺麗でしたが、唯一浴室だけが髪の毛がやたら落ちていて残念でした。

朝食ブッフェが安くて美味しかったです。 つい朝から食べすぎた。 ベッドも快適。 エアコンの冷えも早かったですが、カードキーと電機が連動しているので、連れが寝静まってる時に1人外に出ると、エアコンも切れるので、やや気になりましたが、部屋にいる人が起きていれば全く問題ないです。 エアコンについて。 クーラーの風の向きを手元リモコンで普通に調節できるのですが(エアコンフラップの向きを)上手く調節できず。直接当たる感じもありましたが、それも温度や布団、マスク等で対応出来ました。 部屋パジャマにズボンがあるのが良かったです。 そのほか氷＆水も館内に常備。 全体的にお部屋も綺麗だし、チェックアウト後のスーツケース預かりも非常に助かりました。 expediaで安く泊まれて、リニューアルされている実際の館内設備もお得に感じました。
