"We had little misunderstanding of my booking but the staff member was so patient and made things work. The location was just away from the hustle and bustle but easy walk to subways for all of our excursions. Plenty of amazing eateries and shopping and loved that we can always walk back. Loved the views from our room, roof top restaurant and bar was just amazing. I will be glad to stay on our next visit to Osaka."
