A great place to stay with a central location to Dotonbori. Excellent bedding and linen . A small issue with the safe was resolved in matter of minutes. The even stored out large suitcase for 3 days prior to check-in free of charge.Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first hotel we visited when we arrived in Japan. We were amazed by how nice everything in the area was. The hotel was very clean and right next to a 7-Eleven, making connivence shopping easily accessible. It’s even a few blocks away from the river in Osaka! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with questions and the check-in procedure. The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with both a high-tech shower and toilet with incredible hygiene products. The beds were also perfectly firm and comfortable. If you ever plan on visiting Osaka, Japan, this hotel is highly recommend! | 日本に到着して初めて訪れたホテルです。周辺環境の素晴らしさに驚きました。ホテルはとても清潔で、セブンイレブンのすぐ隣なので、買い物にもとても便利です。大阪の川までも数ブロックという好立地です！スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、質問やチェックインの手続きにも親切に対応してくれました。部屋はとても清潔で静かで、ハイテクなシャワーとトイレ、そして素晴らしい衛生用品が完備されていました。ベッドもしっかりとした硬さで快適でした。もし大阪を訪れる予定があれば、このホテルを強くお勧めします！

I know it's not the fault of the hotel, but there were cars and motorcycles racing in the streets every night until 2-3 AM. This would of course affect all other hotels in the area. Other than that I will not hesitate to recommend Hotel Vista Osaka-Namba as we had a great time staying at the hotel.
