The property is very clean. The staff at check in was extremely helpful. I had to change rooms last minute and they were very accommodating, even waived the penalty fee, all thru chat!
Amazing midcentry modern hotel well kept with train station across the street as well as access to many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.
Nice hotel in a good location - about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Umeda and across the street from a loop line station - a little dated as some of the fixtures were on the older side - nice amenities around with a FamilyMart and coffee shop practically in the lobby - definitely a quieter area than staying right in Umeda
We had a great experience staying here. Everything was super clean. We could not wear shoes inside the lobby and they had lockers to store your shoes at the entrance. They had coffee machines for beverages at the lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was very spa like. I enjoyed my stay here
This was the best hotel we stayed in while were in Japan. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were super nice. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Definitely staying here again on our next trip
The room was clean, staff was courteous and professional. In an effort to reduce waste, all coffee/tea and toiletries are kept in the lobby, no issue with that, however the coffee was instant granules compared to the single-use pour over that every other hotel has offered, likely because they have a Tulley’s coffee in the lobby and are trying to encourage guests to go there.
Literally right outside of a train station, with the Osaka loop station being the next one over! Osaka was beautiful, out view from out room was fantastic and the amenities provided were great too! The breakfast buffet provided was very nice and I enjoyed trying japanese tea for the first time. God willing, If I ever returned to Osaka, I'd want to stay at this hotel again!!!
Close to station and food places. Mostly clean and nice mineral bathing. Mist down side things were smoking room like a closet no air and mold in bathroom especially under sink
This is a very nice hotel that provided a comfortable room. I didn't use room service so I'm not sure if it was available. The hotel is nearby the train station which made it convenient to visit destinations such as the Osaka aquarium. There were good local restaurants around and a convenience store very close that made this a good hotel. The breakfast was good although it was a bit expensive.
The hotel is conveniently located near the station and offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is reasonably priced and satisfactory. However, the front desk services, especially the payment process, felt a bit inconvenient and not user-friendly. Some improvements in this area would make the overall experience much better.
Very comfortable hotel with good spa bathtub ( hot special spa water).
Spacious. Very good view form high floors.
Very nice staff.
I havent really seen pretty areas in Osaka so in absolute I gave a 3/5 for the area aorund the hotel but may be Osaka as a town is onyl 3/5 anyway in terms of urban presentation. I preferred much more Kyoto.
I had mistakenly booked a room with only one bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helped me arrange for a new room with more beds and guided me through the new charges which were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay despite the initial stress. The hotel is very close to Shin-Fukushima station and getting around was easy! The hotel was very clean and quiet after a long day of site seeing. Would highly recommend!
Overall the staffs are very respectful though difficult to communicate. Very few staff especially those in the reception area speaks english. Sakai is one of those who understands and speaks english well. She is very helpful together with Kato in handling our problem and request.
I don't usually give hotels this bad a review. Yes, the hotel is in a very convenient location, but still, I can't convince myself to believe this is a four-star hotel when the hotel is giving us two-star hotel service. First of all, the facility was very poor ; the private onsen bath was so small that my father couldn't even use it, and the bathroom had very poor ventilation that I found it difficult to breathe after closing the door. Secondly, your staff seemed untrained and had extremely poor English communication and problem-solving skills. When we were checking in, the staff who assisted us told me my reservation was supposed to have two separate beds. He said yes, there are. Afterward, I found out there was only one double bed in the room; it was not as he mentioned , with two separate beds in each room. When I asked him, he said I had ordered three double rooms, so there were no two separate beds. He seemed like an intern who didn't understand English, and the worst part was that no other staff guided him or even tried to help the situation. If he had difficulties understanding English, why didn't he use a translator? To be frank , I am not a native English speaker, but at least I ask and learn if I don 't understand. Even the next day, when I asked the staff about the details of the public onsen, the same thing happened. Again, they didn't understand English but didn't use a translator. In the end, I just took an English onsen handbill myself.
