Very nice property with fun quirks! Location was super close to Dotonbori & The train station. Very affordable as well. Would stay here again.

Busy area so expect a little noise at night. Robot dinosaurs were very welcoming. In room robot was confusing and not worth the extra cost. Breakfast offered by a joined cafe was ok. Cooked breakfast with a selection of pastries to add to your meal.

Henn na Hotel is a fun experience with quirky “add ons” that simply add to the charm. It is a more traditional Japanese inn experience (small rooms) in a very busy area by Dotonbori, but is very quiet at night while in the room.

Such a quirky hotel in a good way. I really like the convenience of the location near shopping, food and entertainment. I appreciate that they provide clean towels even when you don’t ask for cleaning service. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in the middle of 2 stations (i.e. Namba & Shinsaibashi), which is very convenient. While the hotel is known for its "self service" arrangement, which there is no staff around the check-in area. However, the checkin and checkout processes are fullly automated and very smooth. However, if you look for a place with "service", this may not be a place that you should choose. The room is spacious and comfortable. Overall, it is a good stay with reasonable price in a large city like Osaka

Its location is very unassuming but incredibly close and lively alongside the bustle of night time Osaka, Dotonbori, and a little ways away from Namba. Would definitely recommend to avid urban adventurers and people looking for more of the Japan nightlife.

The dinosaur check-in would have been cool, but just called staff. The only thing the robot in the room did was sing and dance, which was cute, but I thought it might do something more useful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The area was lively and had lots of options for shopping.
