The beds were comfy with a memory foam pillow. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but softer then most in Japan. The bathroom was clean and we were able to enjoy a hot bath with bath salts after a long day of walking. Room was always quiet with no sound from the neighbours.

Excellent!

Room was spacious for Japan standard. Very comfortable stay and location is excellent with lots to eat close by and close to 2 major train station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s very close from Honmachi station so you can go anywhere easily in Osaka. The room was clean and quiet. And thankfully we got the top floor with nice view. I would go to this hotel again if I visit Osaka again.

The hotel is in convenient locations, close to two subway lines. The room is spacious compare to other hotels in japan. Very quiet and service is great.

Not bad for the price.

Good location, single room was pretty small. The restaurant was closed every time I wanted to eat at it. Scheduled cleaning for 12:00, got back to hotel at 15:00 and cleaner was in room, until 15:45.

Staff are very attentive! It is very close to the subway station. Only thing i can say is for people who are carrying large luggage, try to find an exit with a lift so you don’t have to carry it up the stairs. (This is to first time travellers in Japan, something I experienced)

Room was adequate but small for 2 persons. They could not let us check in early as it was still being cleaned but found hair on pillows and on bed spread when we went to bed later. Check in process could be better and more efficient- this slowed the process and it was challenging since we were tired from travelling and having to carry our luggage up steps from the subway. We didn't realise that we had to purchase vouchers for breakfast from the reception and would be good if this could be charged back to the room instead of paying cash.

付近に店が多くてよかった。 部屋を掃除してもらうにはPM1時までに外にカードを貼っておけばいい、とチェックインの時に言われたのだが、毎朝確認の電話がフロントからかかってきてその電話で起こされることもあったり、フロントの確認の電話に答えた後に部屋をノックされて清掃の人に直接確認されることもあったため、最初の説明通り、部屋の外にカードを提示する形でお願いできるといいと思った。 今回は万博が目的でフロントにもミャクミャクの人形が飾ってあったりしたので、万博会場の最寄り駅への行き方を聞いたら、フロント担当者は知らなかったので、万博開催中はそれくらいは把握していてもいいのではないか、と思った。 フロントには感じのいい外国人の人もいたが、事務的な対応に終始する人もいたので、もう少しサービス精神があってもいい気はした。
