２０１８年も８月に利用しました。その際も大変よかったのですが、変わらず大変コストパフォマンスの良いお宿です。 海水浴場に近い立地、古き良き佇まいでありながら、ふるさを感じさせない清潔感（虫もいません）、気前のよく気の利くオーナー様などなど…行楽シーズンに誰にも気を使わずにゆっくりできる場所だと思います。 去年からの比較です ・シャンプーとコンディショナーがとても薄かったです。前の方のいたずらかな…？ ・冷蔵庫がひとまわり小さくなっていました。バーベキューをする方は要注意です。 ちなみに、駅から歩くにはちょっとしんどい距離なので、もし淡輪でレンタカーを探しているのであれば、一つ先のみさき公園駅に送迎に来てくれる格安レンタカー会社（キャルレンタカー岬石油）があるのでおすすめです。車があると買い出しも楽です（一番近いスーパー：トライアル阪南店）

海にも近く、海水浴、釣り、バーベキューと色々と楽しむことが出来ました。早目のチェックインやき、お部屋もあらかじめクーラーつけて布団をひいておいてくださり、オーナー様のお心遣いが有り難かったです。 バーベキューセットを念の為持って行きましたが、あるもので充分でした。 又利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

はじめての古民家でしたが、5人では充分に広く、とても綺麗にされていました。持参したＢＢＱ用品や食器類は使用しなくてもいいくらい揃っています。 ただ、エアコンが寝室にひとつしかなく、涼しいのは隣の部屋までなのが残念です。リビングにもう一つあればいいなと思いました。 あと、予約時や画像では分かりにくいですが、ＢＢＱは庭の広いスペースでできます。が、同じ敷地内にもう一軒宿泊できる家があるので、そちらにも宿泊客がいると庭はひとつなので、気になる方は大人数でどちらも予約することをオススメします。 オーナーさんもとてもいい人で全体的には快適でした！また利用させていただきます。

良い思い出を作ることができました。

総合的に見てとても良い宿泊場所です。 ★外観 伝統的な平屋の古民家です。庭があり、ここでBBQができます。 洗濯機がありますので、洗剤を購入すれば洗濯もできるかもしれないです。 BBQ用の網は各自購入が必要ということでしたが、前に泊まった方のものと思しき網がありましたので、気にならない方はそれを使っても良いようです。炭は購入の必要ありです。 ★内装 古いは古いのですが、清潔感があり、虫もいませんでした。 食器や炊事道具は整理整頓されていてとても使いやすかったです。 玄関入ってすぐに冷蔵庫があるのも良かったです。 お風呂、トイレは男女共用、ウォシュレット付き、これに限らず、水回りは清潔と女性人からも評判でした。 宿泊人数分のバスタオルをご用意してくださっていました。シャンプー、コンデ、ボディソープもありました。 部屋はキッチンのほかに、ダイニング、リビング、寝室がすべて使えます。布団は既に敷いてあるので、お昼寝も可能。 立ち入ってはいけないところは、しっかり表記があるので、迷うことはないと思います。 ★サービス 今回、荷物だけでもチェックイン時間よりも早めに置かせてほしいとお願いしたら快諾してくださいました。ここはオーナーさまの都合もあるかと思いますので、毎回とはいかないと思いますが、言いたいことは相談すると親身になって応えていただける方で、安心しました。 ごみ袋もいくつか用意してくださっています。分別はルールがありますが、電子レンジの前に置いてある案内を見れば誰でもできる程度です。 サイトの案内では布団はシングル１つ、ということですが、これは「滞在者1人につき１つ」ということで、人数分ご用意をしてくださいます。 ★場所 淡輪は難波から1時間と少しで行けるのですが、非常に雰囲気の良い田舎です。 宿泊施設は南海の駅から歩ける距離の場所にあります。海水浴場へも徒歩で7～10分くらいです。 車で来れば問題ありませんが、炭や食べものの買い物は、徒歩ではきついです。私たちはタクシーを使いましたが、おおよそワンメーターで近隣の大型スパーへ行けます。 今回、快適度を★３としたのですが、これはリビングと寝室以外にエアコンがないので、今年の夏の気温のせいでめちゃくちゃ暑かったのが原因です。もちろん、リビングにいればとても快適です。例年の暑さであれば我慢できたのでしょうが、今年の夏が異常なのだと思います。施設の設備が壊れていたという話ではありませんので、ご参考までに。 伝統的な日本家屋なので、窓は開け広げることができますし、風が良く通る間取りです。 最後に、とても良い施設に巡り合えたことに感謝しています。 10人グループの宿泊にとても良い施設です。次回も使いたいと思います。
