The only dislike about this hotel is the room size. It is extremely small for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids). Otherwise the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Windows view is back of building, nothing to see Hotel is nice, have coffee machine in lobby, can keep the luggage after checkout, can enjoy hot spring and room is including bathtub, hotel is near to JR station but not located in central area

急遽宿泊しなければならず、当日予約しました。大浴場が付いているホテルを探しておりましたところ、比較的新しい施設であるとのことで選びました。 チェックインが23時を過ぎておりましたが大浴場には女性専用エレベーターで行き来できるため、安心して入浴することができました(大浴場は25時まで)。 翌日11:00のチェックアウト後、急遽オンラインミーティングが入ってしまいフロントの方へ近隣でミーティングボックスなどないかお聞きしたところ色々調べてくださいました。 最終的には1Fのフリースペースをお借りすることになり、ご対応に感謝しております。 ありがとうございました。 出張の際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
