"Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Probably should look at another waffle machine. One is not enough when there are large groups staying there. Parking was fine, staff very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is designed to be minimalistic, the room floor had plastic wrappers and plastic ties still on the floor. We had to go to the front desk to check out an ice bucket. I seriously doubt we would ever choose to stay at this facility again."

"The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel in downtown Bentonville, both of which are a stretch. The hotel was 2 miles from downtown Bentonville, and located behind a Starbucks on a section of road that’s filled with strip malls. The “boutique” hotel looked like an updated Travelodge at best and the furniture in our room was beat up. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, they were a highlight."
