The property was great for a family outing. Margaritaville is close and has activities for the kids, restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well furnished and the property owners were quickly responsive to questions.

My group was attending a conference at Margaritaville and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The house provided plenty of room for us to spread out and have time away, while also having space for us to come together be a group when desired. My group would recommend this place for sure.

This house was perfect for our family trip. We had a large group with people of all ages. The 5 bedroom/5 bathroom was just what we needed. Its within minutes to the water and the kids loved the pools.

This spacious property slept all 20 in our party comfortably. We enjoyed the nearby pool and the opportunity to be together under one roof. The bedroom carpets are in need of cleaning and one bedroom in particular had an odor. The beds were comfortable, linens were well supplied. Overall, we would recommend this lovely house and neighborhood for a large group.

We have stayed at this house 3 times in the last 3 years. This property has sold and has a new management team and it shows. Communication with Sharon began early and she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This place has lots of updates and is much cleaner than previously. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location, excellent host very close to oaks golf course, landshark and boat rentals for the lake. House came equipped with everything we needed to relax included probably our favorite area of the house were the huge back patios one thats screened in to keep the bugs out and enjoy the evening. Host was very easy to communicate with. 5 star ozark stay

This house was perfect for what our group was needing! The perfect space for us as we weren’t looking to spend a ton of time at the house just mostly sleeping there so it worked awesome for all 20 of us - we were also very appreciative to have several bathrooms! The owners were very informative and accommodating! Would recommend!
