3 bedroom + loft and 2 bathrooms is a unique find at the Lake of the Ozarks. It sits on a 7 acre sleepy little marina and has the atmosphere of a rustic lodge in Colorado but instead you are on one of the most popular lakes in the country. The home boasts 3 king and 3 queen beds.
In-season 3 night minimum Mid May through late September
In-Season rates (MidMay-Sept) $300 flat fee for up to 12(3 night minimum)
Summer Holiday's $350/night
Off-Season is priced for 4 guests, no minimum stay. Additional guests are $15/night/guest.

Don't miss out on this spacious home decorated with Pottery Barn furnishings. The home is located at the 3mm on the north shore. By water you have access to several restaurants just minutes away. If you decide to go by land you are only 15 minutes from the Premiere Outlet Mall, many boutique shops, restaurants, night life, family activities, and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip.
We offer a fabulous view of the lake from almost every room in the house. The first floor has two bedrooms, both with king size beds. There is a large stone gas fireplace in the living room, also visible from the kitchen. The fireplace extends from floor to the vaulted ceiling. All main floor interior walls are covered with exotic solid woods. The living room has two full size Pottery Barn sofas. The open floor plan allows all guests to visit whether in living room, kitchen or dining area. The chef of your group won't feel left out, but will be able to enjoy guests while taking in the panoramic view of the lake.
There are windows galore to enjoy the breath taking view of the lake while having plenty of privacy being nestled in the woods. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer located on the main level.

The second floor has a third bedroom with king bed. Also upstairs is a large bonus room with big screen TV, and three queen beds. The second bathroom is located on the second floor too.
Enjoy the spacious deck off the main level overlooking the lake while nestled in the woods. Plan on grilling dinner on the gas grill or relaxing on a lounger while reading a book.

Packing for your stay will be simple. You only need to pack your clothes, food, beach towels, and a desire for a fun, relaxing stay. We furnish towels for bathing, bed linens, hair dryers, body wash & shampoo, trash bags, cookware, dish soap, utensils, place setting for 12, and iron/ironing board.

The house has a private inlet cove with its own swim platform and slide. There is 100ft courtesy dock for guests of the home to use for lounging and tying up their boat.
Boat slips are available at $25 per night for covered. Marina services offered for additional fees. Plenty of parking for autos and trailers.

We offer Wi-Fi internet in most of the house. This is a No Pet home.
