"Wow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us breakfast boxes to go... what service! Thanks so much, Nefeles, we will be back! "
