The character of this hotel met and even exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating when our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions (not to say they could do that every time I’m sure depending on reservations but they acted quickly and communicated every step of the way). "This hotel is in the perfect spot!! Everything is in walking distance and the place is spotless!! Staff was very helpful and set up our airport transfers for us which was wonderful. "Thomas is just wonderful! He is so helpful with hotel info and also local recommendations. This hotel is about 8-10 minutes walk from the main part of Fira. When you get dropped off, drivers will get as close as possible though you will have to carry your luggage down to the hotel from the road. We definitely recommend this hotel!! "
