"The superior room was spacious with a great view of Ortahisar Castle when you stood at the window. Bed was firm but needed the extra pillows from the cupboard. Breakfast was very good. BUT BE WARNED about booking tours or balloons with the hotel. They want cash for these bookings and in my case failed ..."
