"Please disregard any poor reviews regarding the location of this house. We sat out on the porch every night and never felt unease. Being from the East Bay Area in Norcal, we know when a area is bad. This isnt it. It is the perfect location for walking to 7th Ave which we did every night. The house was perfect for our needs. We did not cook other than breakfast as preferred to eat out at the many wonderful options. Our Columbia dinner was special. Just a couple streets over was the easy route up to the freeway so we were able to be on the beach and golf course in no time. Absolutely recommend the free trolley which was a 10 min walk from the house. Room were cozy and beds were fine. I am particular about beds and really had no issues sleeping in the main room. Will 100% look to rent this house again next time! "

"The only disappointment was that we were unaware that there was no elevator available. Going up the steep steps with luggage at age 73 was a bit much, but we made it. Also, we were only in the apartment for 30-40 minutes and received a parking ticket in that short of time. Please advise customers to run, not walk, to put the parking permit on their rear view mirror asap. "
